Boeing QRS11 sale to China skirts ban on technology transfer
China has obtained military navigation technology from Boeing
used on advanced U.S. missiles and warplanes that was
improperly approved by the State Department.
QRS11 gyroscopic microchips were sent to China inside the guidance
systems of several Boeing 737-800 commercial jets sold to
China Southern Airlines.

The QRS11 is known as a gyroscope on a microchip because,
unlike traditional gyroscopes, it has no moving parts.
In addition to its use on military and commercial aircraft,
the chip also is deployed on the Mars rover and 
U.S. unmanned aerial vehicles.
The chips are classified as significant military equipment.

God warns.  It will happen.  It's always 'if' with GOD.

I've said since April 1 it was an act of WAR April 1, 2001 for
China to down our plane.  Since then I've said America'd see war
ON OUR SOIL soon.  Sept. 11 we did.  I've been saying WW3 began 
4-1-2001. People still dont see WW3 has begun, even after 911 and
10-7 when we attacked Afg.  

I've watched Debka and WND and NewsMax for China's involvement 
in 911. I've been sure since 9-11 China was involved in that in
some way. I've seen in WND that China sent warriors to fight WITH
Taliban, die with Taliban.  I wondered what'd happen to the Chinese
the USA captured. WND reported China demands them back.  This is 
far more serious than 99% of people know - or care to believe.
It's easier to call me 'paranoid'.

China & Russia made a pact a couple years ago to defeat America in
war. They are on target and we are ignorant.  Under the old Book 
of War Wisdom 'KNOW YOUR ENEMY'- China fought with Taliban and 
Russia fought 'with' USA.  Now they know America from both sides.
Good strategy.

We are being militarily depleted in the Afg war.  We are unable to
attack a larger country.  We CAN'T go against IRAQ ... YET.
Within 2 years our continent will be attacked and the enemy will be
victorious. America will not survive.  In fact, I am nearly 60, and

Calif. bridges, then Dec. 9-14.  I won't be paying any attention to

Ridge is as bad a choice as Colin Powell and George Tenet.

Our military is being systematicly trained to kill our own citizens.
USAF jet shot down flight 93 in PA Sep 11, in Afganistan, the U.S. 
marines are told, if anyone raises a gun to you - shoot to kill.
When asked even if its another marine? Answer was yes.

When I saw this article in World Net Daily, I was encouraged that
what I've believed is supported, but it's also very chilling!

Despite Beijing's public support for the coalition's war on terror,
regular rumblings of Chinese complicity with the terrorists have 
surfaced. Among them was a WND report of some Chinese fighters
assisting the Taliban. Gordon Thomas has written a book claiming 
that Beijing had an actual role in the Sept. 11 attack on America.

In "Seeds of Fire," Beijing is positioning itself to become 
America's "new major enemy."  On Sept. 11, a transport plane from
Beijing landed in Kabul. A Chinese delegation had gone to
Afghanistan to sign a deal with the Taliban, reportedly brokered by
Osama bin Laden, to provide the Afghans with missile-tracking 
technology, state-of-the-art communications and air-defense 
systems.  Beijing had just signed a deal with the Taliban. Due to
the fall of the Taliban at the hands of opposition forces and the
United States, however, the goods were never delivered.

Hours after the plane landed in Kabul, CIA Director George Tenet
received a coded "red alert" message from Israeli Mossad agents 
that presented a "worst case scenario" � that China would use a
surrogate, bin Laden, to attack the United States.  Pakistan's
intelligence service was in Washington on Sept. 11, and briefed
Tenet that day on the links between bin Laden and China. 

China had made a decisive decision to infuriate America and its
allies by supporting bin Laden and the Taliban because Afghanistan
fitted into China's own long-term strategic plans.  China talked 
to Usama bin laden about weapons of mass destruction.

China waited 3 days to contact Bush about the Sept. 11 attack and
told the U.S. president that China would find itself in a "difficult
situation, given our well-known position of opposing any 
interference in the internal affairs of any country."

BEIJING CHINA CELEBRATED the 9-11 attacks!!!

They sold videos with commentary saying, 'America had it coming.'
Their message is:  'America can be defeated.'

President Bush's decision to pull out of the ABM treaty will cause
Russia and China to strengthen their ties � to the detriment of the
United States.  It's in China's interest to see the U.S. destablilized.

The crew are being treated as heroes. 
Its being said the pilot pulled it out of a steep dive.
Its being said they nearly died. 
But what is true?  I don't sense we are being told. 
One report said our plane headed for Taiwan after collision. 

Crew is saying during interrogation by China they were 
sleep deprived.  This is likely true.  Typical. 
Over? 
We backed down, and we were not in the wrong. 
We put more value on 24 people 
than on America's national security
and the safety of our allies

We will spy again.  We will send another plane, 
this time a U2 which flies high above China's capability. 

This will greatly anger China.

We will continue to regard a 12 mile international space, 
not the absurd 200 miles China demands.  They don't regard 
other's airspace or territorial waters! 

We should bomb our spy plane on China's island.
If we can't have it, at least don't give it to them! 

Something is fishy about this whole thing.

Fresh from their 11-day standoff over a midair crash,
the United States and China may be headed for worse bumps over arms
sales to Taiwan.  President Bush's decision on which arms requests
he will grant is set to be disclosed to a visiting team from Taiwan,
which Beijing considers a renegade province, on or about April 24
at the end of an annual process driven by U.S. law.

Now that the U.S. Navy has its aircrew back from Chinese military
custody, it will fully debrief them today in Honolulu to find 
out exactly what happened April 1 in the skies over the 
South China Sea.

The Pentagon says the Navy's patrol plane made an emergency landing
in Hainan, China, after a Chinese fighter jet clipped it.
It calls the clash an "accident."  Others aren't so sure. 
The plane was probably forced down," said a Navy officer.

"I'm surprised the crew didn't ditch the plane," said Forbess,
who says he was involved in hundreds of pre-flight briefings for 
such EP-3 missions.  "This plane was a national asset," he added,
"and the pilots and operators involved are very well versed in 
what sort of equipment they're dealing with."
