Some have criticized the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America
as a framework for moving toward regional government between the United States,
Canada and Mexico.  It is all related to the NWO, a one world government under a

North American Union Army 
One aspect of the agreement was to help in storms!  The North American Army.
The United States and Canada signed a military agreement Feb. 14, 2008 allowing
the armed forces from one nation to support the armed forces of the other nation
during a domestic civil emergency, even one that does not involve a cross-border crisis.

The agreement, defined as a Civil Assistance Plan, was not submitted to or approved
by Congress.  Congress passed no law or treaty specifically authorizing this military
agreement to combine the operations of the armed forces of the United States and
Canada in the event of a wide range of domestic civil disturbances ranging
from violent storms, to health epidemics, to civil riots or terrorist attacks.

NAFTA SUPER HIGHWAY
It is speculated the I-35 interstate bridge in Minnesota which fell in August 2007
was collapsed intentionally to strengthen it for this NAFTA highway.

NAFTA Super Highway, four football-fields-wide, through the heart of the U.S.A.
along Interstate 35, from the Mexican border at Laredo, Texas to the Canadian
border north of Duluth, Minnesota.  There was planned a port in Baja California
for China to unload goods to be transported nationwide - perhaps loaded with 
Chinese destined to invade USA militarily.

This will allow containers from the Far East to enter the United States, bypassing
the Longshoreman's Union.  Mexican trucks will drive on the highway straight into
the heart of America, without the involvement of the Teamsters Union. The Mexican
trucks will cross border in FAST lanes, checked only electronically. The first
customs stop will be a Mexican customs office in Kansas City, being built for
Mexico at a cost of $3 million to the U.S. taxpayers in Kansas City.
The NAFTA Trans-Texas Corridor was to begin construction in 2007.
